In the Credential Type box select “Nursing Assistant Certification – NC” and enter the CNA license number in the “Credential Number” box. If you have the first and last name available enter fill out those fields as well.

The resulting search page will display information on the certification type, whether the status of the certificate is active, expired, or closed, and any enforcement actions. Click on the CNA license number to display additional details on the issue date, and expiration date.
